Walter Donald Wassell

February 10, 1939 - June 20, 2008

Funeral service for Walter Donald Wassell, 69, Orange City, who died June 20, 2008, in Houston, Texas, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2008, at the Volusia County Baptist Church, Orange City, with Reverend John Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Boynton Beach Memorial Park. Calling hours will be from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, at Volusia County Baptist Church. Military honors will be provided by the U.S. Air Force at the interment in Boynton Beach.

Mr. Wassell was a CMsgt, retired from the Air Force after 24 years of service. He was born in Waynesboro, VA. He enjoyed hunting and camping.

Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, a son and daughter-in-law, one daughter and two granddaughters.
