William
I. May, 81, of Dartmouth Road, who retired as a market manager
for McGraw Edison Co., Canonsburg, PA, died Tuesday at Florida
Hospital Fish Memorial, Orange City. Mr. May, an Army Air Corps
veteran of World War II, was born in Milan, PA and moved to
this area in 1985 from Pittsburgh.
He
was a member of the DeLand Country Club, the Blue Lodge Masons
and the Scottish Rite Masons. He was a graduate of Penn State
University and served as a director of the Boy Scouts of America.
He enjoyed golf, woodworking, hunting, making jewelry and his
dog Teddy.
Survivors
include his wife of 27 years, Patricia; a son, James Hesler
Jr. of Overland, KA; three daughters, Joan Carpenter of Berrington,
IL, Joan Hesler of Annapolis, MD and Julie Dellingler of Rockville,
MD; a sister, Naomi Davis of Bluffton, SC and eight grandchildren.
