Frank Hamilton Otway, the beloved husband of Isabel “Tommie” Otway, was born in St. George, Grenada, British West Indies 3/1/1923 and passed peacefully at home in Orange City, FL on 4/21/2022 at 99 years old. He joins in heaven his parents, Claude & Verna Otway, his sisters, Doris Cannan & Patricia Reed, his 5 children, Dale, Gary, Christine (Cline), Lyris & Robert Otway, his 3 grandchildren, Glenn Otway & Elaine Otway (Dale & Leigh) , Nicole Gaudreau (Gary) and his great-grandchild, Tori Otway (Glenn).
He leaves behind:
