Jean "The BINGO Queen" was born to Robert and Gertrude Romaine in Bronx, New York on August 3, 1936. She was born with cerebral palsy, overcoming many of her challenges with the training and love of her brother Bobby, born shortly after her. Her brothers Billy and Eddie also took great pride in caring for and protecting her. Her sister “Doll” Gertrude was the baby of family. Jean finished her life in Debary, Florida at the age of ninety. She outlived them all. A beautiful woman who worked as a retail associate riding her three-wheeled bicycle to her job and other desired destinations. Caring for the children of all members of the family, while cooking and cleaning, always helping others above and beyond. Passing on September 21, 2026.

She will be greatly missed.
