Patricia Parrish

Patricia Ann Wilkinson Parrish was born in Jacksonville, FL on December 30, 1933, and passed away at her home in Port Orange, FL at the age of 91 on June 20, 2025. 

She was a long-time member of a few congregations in Jacksonville, FL before moving to the Deland area and the Spring Garden Avenue Church of Christ family. After moving to Port Orange to an Assisted Living Facility, she continued serving the Lord at the New Smyrna Beach Church of Christ and the Church of Christ of Greater Daytona. Nothing in life was more important to her than serving our dear Lord and the love of her family and friends. 

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, James Leon Parrish; her parents Elsie Faye Wilkinson Ellis and William Joseph Suber; her grandparents Elijah and Katherine Wilkinson; sisters Katherine Rogers; Carol Kennedy and grandson, Mark Andrew Jackson. She is survived by her son Gary Parrish (Gail) of Evans, GA; her daughter Faith Collins (late Thomas Collins, Jr.) of Oviedo, FL; grandchildren Timothy Parrish (Michelle) of Hudson, FL and Kristina Parrish of Peachtree Corners, GA; Lori Ann Pieper (Nick) of Lake Mary, FL; sister Donna Suber Braun (Doug) of Clermont, FL, brothers: James Austin (Mary) of Jacksonville, FL; Charles Suber (Ruth Ann) of Spring Hill, FL; William Suber (Betsy) of Portsmouth, OH; great-grandchildren: Morgan Parrish, Shaun Hume (Elizabeth), Bryce Byrnes, Ian Hartley-Pieper and Amelia Pieper; and many more loved ones. She will be greatly missed. 

A memorial service will be held at Spring Garden Church of Christ, 403 Spring Garden Ave S., Deland, FL 32720 on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, at 10:00 am with a short viewing from 9:30 to 10:00. A graveside service will be held in Jacksonville, FL at 3:00 pm on the same day at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205.
