Susan Elayne Thompson, 67, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2024, in Daytona, Florida. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Susan devoted her life to helping others and was a nurse for over 35 years. She fought a hard battle, beating breast cancer and was ultimately taken from our lives by cardiac arrest.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents; Edward and Julia Davidson, her first husband; Ronald Thompson, her second husband; Thomas Fraser, and her brother; Scott Davidson.

Susan is survived by her son Matthew Thompson and his wife Kimberly, her daughter Melissa Hansen and her husband Jimmy, along with their three children Ethan, Cody, and Peyton as well as her beloved cat: Mimi. She is also survived by her brother Steve Davidson, and sisters Sandi McCullough and Amy Shedrick

She had a life-long passion for quilting and enjoyed going on cruises. Susan was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
