Cynthia J. Barron

Cynthia J. Barron, aged 65, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2024, in DeLand, FL, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 26, 1958, in McKeesport, PA.

Cynthia dedicated 25 years of her career to the Bank of America, where her hard work and commitment left an indelible mark. Her retirement marked the end of a chapter filled with professional accomplishments and the beginning of a new one focused on her passions and loved ones.

Outside the professional realm, Cynthia was an avid reader, a skilled gardener, and a creative soul who found joy in crafting. She poured her love and care into her role as a grandmother, creating lasting memories with her grandchildren - Anthony, Andrew, Reid, Briar, and Mac.

Cynthia's greatest accomplishment was her 44-year marriage to David Barron, a union filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Kyle Barron and Paige Nealis, forming a close-knit family that cherishes the values of love, respect, and compassion.

One of Cynthia's favorite quotes, especially when addressing her children, was, "Does this look like my happy face." Her enduring love was encapsulated in the phrase, "Love you always, now and for forever."

A celebration of Cynthia's life will be held at Stetson Baptist on Saturday, February 10th, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM in DeLand, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the National Kidney Foundation in Cynthia's honor. Contributions can be made at https://www.kidney.org/.

Cynthia J. Barron's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love her. May she rest in eternal peace.
