Danejer Montana Monseur, was born August 3, 1989 in DeLand, Florida to parents Gregory Neil Monseur and Kathryn Teela Moore and passed at the age of 33 on December 10, 2022, in Astor, Florida. He predominantly resided in the DeLand area for the majority of his life.Danejer graduated from DeLand High School. After graduation he worked on and off for both sets of parents as a personal mover for their family owned businesses. The last few years he owned and operated his own moving company.
Danejer enjoyed fishing, especially spear fishing, being outside on or near the water, and spending time with his children and his loved ones. He was always there to lend a helping hand in a person’s time of need even if they were a complete stranger. He was an extremely hard working individual and was never afraid to jump right in and get his hands dirty.
Danejer is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Solomon and Helen Monseur and maternal grandparents, Milton and Iris Kelly, his brother DC Moore, III, Uncle David Kelly and his son David Kelly, Jr.
Danejer is survived by his father, Neil (Margaret) Monseur, his mother Teela (Donnie) Moore, his children Olivia, Legend and Legacy Monseur, his sister April (Tommy) Rosamilia, and his niece and nephew Ryleigh and Payton. His brother Dalton (Diana) Walters, and nephews Carson and Connor and his brother Devin (Savannah) Moore and nieces, Hailey and Delilah and nephew Gavin. He also leaves behind an abundance of aunts, uncles and cousins. He will be missed by them all and all the many friends that he has made over the years.
Viewing for friends and family will be Sunday from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at Lankford Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 19th, 2022 at the First Baptist Church of DeLand with the Rev. Troy Bradley officiating. Burial will follow in DeLand Memorial Gardens.
