Joshua Michael Testani succumbed to cancer on June 16, 2022. He was 37.
Born and raised in Deland, Florida, Josh graduated from New Smyrna Beach High School and worked for Randstad in Ormond Beach.
Josh is survived by his father, Bruce M. Testani, Farrell, PA, brother Gregory(Marina) R Testani,Deland, Fl, “Aunt” Janie Burdick, Deland, FL, “sister” Jennifer (Amanda) Burdick, Orange City, FL and several aunts and uncles in PA and Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his mother,Judy L Testani.
As a child Josh read the dictionary because that was the one book he hadn’t read. He loved dinosaurs, Ninja Turtle Raphael, and Jason, the red power ranger,which started his love of fantasy. As an adult,Josh continued his love of reading as well as art, going to the movies, and of course video games. Similar to his mom,Josh loved going Disney although he was not fond of kids or crowds,and had been keeping her pin collection safe for her. Protector of the kids he came in contact with and an avid animal lover best describes Josh. He was the true “gentle giant”.
