Sharon Kay Sylvester passed away peacefully March 20, 2023 in DeLand, Florida.

She was born to loving parents, James J. and Alice Mae Doyle on August 2nd 1943 in Bixby Hospital, Adrian Michigan.

Sharon suffered from dementia for the last several years of life and was lovingly cared for by her husband of 50 years, Charles Sylvester.

Early in their marriage Sharon and Chuck worked side by side to nurture and raise their seven combined children. They operated a successful

Racing Stable as a family affair. They also raised one grandchild Ryan and a neighborhood friend, Randy Beekman.

Sharon was a devoted mother, wife and daughter, grandmother, sister and friend. Her generous spirit touched many lives.

She is survived by her husband Charles A. Sylvester, son Gary P. Napierala (Amee), daughters Laurie Napierala Veroxie, Francie Meece (John), Amy Stoltzfus (Michael), and Molly Sylvester; grandsons Ryan M Napierala (Claire), Zachary Napierala (Christine), Parker Napierala, granddaughters Kacey and Kylee Stoltzfus, brother Gary P Doyle; sisters Patricia Vandenbusche (Norman), Gloria Gedeon (Conroy), and Dawn Wahl (Ronnie).

She was beloved by her eight nieces and nephews and her many grand nieces and nephews, as well.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents James and Alice Doyle, and sons Kenneth A. Napierala and Troy A. Sylvester.

A service will be held on August 27th, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the St.Mary's Catholic War Veterans Hall in Assumption, Ohio.
