Shipping, Return, & Floral Policies

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
WE DO NOT GRANT REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the balance you have remaining, minus our 20% restocking fee.
We will be happy to assist you in ordering something that will work for your needs over the phone.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If an item is broken during shipment, we will be happy to issue a replacement of the same item and have it shipped out to you free of charge.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENT POLICY
*Please note that floral arrangements may vary slightly from the look in the image. This is due to seasonality and variations in current stock. Know that we will do our very best to match the image as seen.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
We accept deliveries for orders both in your immediate local area, in an extended delivery area, and throughout the US. Orders outside our immediate area zip codes - 32130, 32720, 32721, 32723, 32724, and 32744 - may be delivered by affiliated florists. As affiliated florists may carry a slightly different selection of florals and products, they may substitute different flowers, plants, accessories, vases, pots, etc. to deliver your order promptly. Substitutions will provide the same or greater dollar value as the original product ordered.
A local delivery fee of at least $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee begins at $35.00.).
Most U.S. orders must be received before Noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day but we cannot guarantee it. Peak-day deliveries (i.e. Valentine's Day) may occur as late as 6 p.m. Be sure you provide us with a good phone number for the recipient and both a work and a home address.
*Please note, we are currently unable to make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day before the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
