Barbara Worth-Kiminecz, age 84 of DeLand, Florida, passed away October 26, 2022 with her family by her side.
Born in Clemons Kentucky, Barbara graduated from Hazel Green Academy. She enjoyed a successful career at Lau Industries, where she served as National Sales Manager and was appointed Vice-President and General manager of Lau, a Division of Phillips Industries.
After retirement, Barbara moved to DeLand Florida where she enjoyed many hobbies, including golf and cooking. Barbara and her husband were members of DeLand Country Club. The highlight of Barbara's week was her Thursday dinners with friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her son Gregory Worth; baby daughter, Theresa Worth; parents G.P. & Rieta Keeton; brothers Glendell Ray Keeton and Gennis Keeton; and sister Honna Lou Gividen.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband Robert; stepdaughter Deborah (Stephen); stepson Robert (Elle); grandchildren Emma, Olivia, Maxime, Luca; many nieces and nephews; and wonderful friends.
The family wishes to extend their appreciation to dear friends Sharon Grimes and Jeanne Colburn.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
