Helen Jean Kimbro, known to friends and family as Jean, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2023, in Orange City, Florida. She was born on July 1, 1935, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and later moved to Miami, Florida, in 1945. On March 17, 1959, she married the love of her life, Bill Kimbro, in Hollywood, Florida.
Jean's life was devoted to caring for others as a dedicated nurse who worked in hospitals and private practices. Her compassion and nurturing spirit touched the lives of countless patients and families.
In her leisure time, Jean found joy in various pursuits, including golf, crafting, and exploring new places through her travels. She cherished moments spent in the company of her beloved family and friends.
Jean is survived by her loving husband, Bill Kimbro, their daughter Tracy Kimbro, and son Carl (Cheryl) Kimbro. Her legacy continues through her grandsons, Matthew, Jason, and Eric Kimbro, and great-granddaughters Brycelyn, Reagan, and Journee Kimbro. Jean's warmth, kindness, and the enduring love she shared with her family will forever be remembered and treasured by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
