John Edward Williams Jr. (Jack) passed away peacefully on May 10, 2022. John was born on January 27, 1943 in Albany, NY to John and Elanor Williams. John had served in the U.S. Navy as a cook for four years. When leaving the service, John spent numerous years working for Schenectady Chemical in Schenectady, NY and when moving to DeLand, FL, in 1989, was employed by TJW Management Company. Upon retiring from TJW, he spent his spare time woodworking, doing papercrafts and just tinkering around the house.

John was very patriotic and family was very important to him. John is survived by daughter Tami Ruggiero and husband Giovanni of DeLand; Kelly Guodace of Averill Park, NY; grandchildren Giovanni and Augustine Ruggiero; sister Judi Kowalczyk of DeLand and two nieces and nephew.

John was a very generous and caring person any many enjoyed the handmade cards he would make for the holidays and special occasions. He will be missed by many....
