Mark was born on May 14, 1961, in Daytona Beach Florida. He suddenly passed on July 8, 2022, at his home in Orange City, Florida. Mark is preceded in death by his father Donald R. Siler and stepson Matthew Whitt. He leaves behind his mother Nancy J Siler, son Chase Siler(Stephanie), daughter Samantha Siler, Sisters Lori Braddock(Adam) and Mary Jane Braddock(Eddie) , nieces Laykin Braddock and Marcey Kramer(Lawton),nephew Hunter Braddock, grand-daughter Phoenix, and great nieces Hazel and Olivia Kramer.
Mark enjoyed Hunting, Fishing and was a hobbyist knife maker which he enjoyed tremendously.
He was a Republican and loved to talk politics. Mark worked for Gas Plumbing Services in Lake Helen for the past 13 years and previously worked for Florida Public Utilities. He grew up in Deland where he attended Stetson Baptist Church and Graduated Deland High School in 1979. Mark will be missed dearly by his family who loved him so.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday, July 18, 2022, at 4:00pm at Lankford Funeral Home and Crematory in Deland. The family will greet guests from 3:30 until service time. There will be a Family Gathering at City Limits Taproom in Deland from 5:00-7:00.
