Sharon Joy Vawter Brock, 86, of Debary, passed away on Thurs. March 28, 2024, at Debary Manor Nursing Home.
She was born June 30, 1937, to the late Clifford Ray Vawter and Emma Zernal Stewart in Tipton County, Indiana.
Sharon was a 1955 graduate of Prairie Township High School in Indiana and was the owner/operator of Sharon’s Poodle Shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She later relocated to Debary Florida where she lived with her husband Earl.
Sharon is survived by one sister-in-law, Annabelle (Sellers) Vawter of Indiana, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins in Indiana.
Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Earl Brock, of Debary; three brothers, Farrell (Beverly) Vawter of Debary, Doyle (Rosina) Vawter, and Don Vawter of Indiana; and two sisters, Wilma (Bill) Huse of Bradenton, and Bertonna (Dwain) Pumphrey of Indiana.
A graveside service will be held on April 24 , 2024, at 10:00 am at the Deltona Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
