Mary
Brown, 57, of West Lake Drive, a seamstress, died Thursday at
University Center East.
Mrs.
Brown was born in Jersey City, NJ and moved to this area in 1975
from Charlevoix, Mich. She was past president of the Women of
the Moose, and member of the Order of Eastern Star, Eagles, and
Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, all of DeLand. She was also
a secretary and bookkeeper.
Survivors
include two daughters, Deborah Partin of Daytona Beach and Robyn
Harrington-Schmidt of DeLand; her mother, Gertrude Funk of Bayonne,
NJ; a brother, John Funk of Keansburg, NJ; a sister, Diana Conklin
of Bayonne, NJ and six grandchildren.
